*Hello community!* Steemit has undoubtedly grown a lot these last few months, a product of the hundreds of users who post daily, contributing knowledge and ideas. This growth has been such that there are many users that, although possessing a lot of creativity and excellent content, have not been properly recognized. There have been numerous initiatives created to reward creativeness on Steemit, but due to the growing amount of registered and active users, there is still a great majority that is ignored, their posts lost on the platform´s vast sea.
# What is the Problem?

Much of that potentially *amazing* content is not given the value it deserves by the community, and users with more voting power have been turning into a smaller circle of people who, by obvious time constraints and the huge amount of users posting every day, are unable to see all that work; that article or post that *you* have worked so hard to create. Another problem is that a good number of users are unaware of the parameters and ways to create content that is visually appealing to the community, diminishing their possibilities of been recognized, and having their posts be better valued.
- The challenge that the team behind @inteligentzia proposes is that of **presenting, developing and directing** content which incites participation, creativity and originality of that undervalued Steemit Community, contributing **visibility** to that content and those Steemians who need a hand to stand out from that immense see of content.
# How will we do that?
Obj | Tecnic -- | ---- **Promote** quality content from lower rank Steemian | We will offer *Curation Reports* every 2 days to highlight content of users who publish with the tags (inteligentzia, spanish). We will also *Resteem* posts that are focused on improving or helping Steemit. **Benefit** users with curation rewards and elevate their voting power, raising them so they can support other users | Through or automatic trail on [Steemauto](https://steemauto.com/dash.php?trail=inteligentzia&i=1), those who follow the proyect will be able to collect passive earnings and help users who UpVote the @inteligentzia account. **Create** a base community for Steemians to share doubts, advice, posts, personal proyects, and more | Through our Facebook group (5000 members) and Discord channel, we will be leading the project, interacting with users and organizing contests, as well as supporting posts that our community members promote through those means. **Reward** the content of those users loyal to the platform | By UpVoting and *Resteeming* those *Active Creators* to promote their growth
# How can I be part of this community?
Our aim is to make @inteligentzia into an **inclusive** community, for both beginners as well as more experienced users. # How can I be part of the *Active Creators*?
- Your posts must have some degree of visual impact and content that is informative to the community (we recommend the use of *Markdown* to attain this) - Leave your Discord profile on the channel #active-creators or get in touch with the moderators directly through [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/InteligentziaSteemit/) by sending a message - Once your account has been approved, you have to make a monthly donation of **0.5 SBD** or **0.35 STEEM** to the @inteligentzia account, and you will become a part of the *Active Creators* community
#### Is it necessary to be an *active creator* to participate on the Inteligentzia community?
No. Although those members receive some extra help and promotion, being part and receiving support from our project *does not cost a penny*. #### What advantages do I get if I decide to be a member of the *Active Creators* team?
- You will have the right to 1 daily vote using 20% of the vote power of the @inteligentzia account, plus earnings from the trail and it´s SP - We will *Resteem* your last posts in each *curation report* by our account, and share them on our Facebook group with 5000 members * With every official post by our account, they will be mentioned and emphasis will be made on the following of their accounts * We guarantee our support in UpVotes, and in promotion with everything related to contests, initiatives and meet-ups if a mention is made to the @inteligentzia community
# Keep track of our account! Our team usually chooses posts for our *curation report* in **two shifts**, on in the morning (horario de la mañana) and another **in the afternoon** (horario de la tarde) Post selection on **Saturdays and Sundays will have a different shift** (horario de sabados y domingos). Publish at around that time to have a better chance of being UpVoted by us! **Advice:** Your post has even more chances of been seen at any time during the day if you publish it on our Facebook Group
