Great and Wonderful Friday Morning Folks,

Gold is trading higher this morning with the early morning quote at $1,283.60, up $3.80 and closer to the high of $1,284.30 than the low of $1,278.90. Silver is up as well with its price at $15.365, right smack in the middle of the London trading range with the high at $15.415 and the low at $15.30. The US Dollar is lower by only 27.7 points with the high way up at 96.235 and the low near the current value at 95.985, all this done sometime way before 5 am pst. The government of Venezuela’s current deflated currency value has pushed Gold higher by 55.93 Bolivar with the price now at 12,819.96 with Silver’s new value at 153.458, gaining .699 Bolivar overnight as the fires burn in a country that is in the last throws of socialism or maybe another round if their people haven’t figured it out already.

The January Silver Delivery demands served up 3 contracts during yesterday’s trades with the count now at 356 demands for physical with a volume of 7 up on the board so far this morning. Silvers Overall Open Interest is continuing to drop from this week’s earlier count with the total now at 186,751 Overnighters dropping off 1,342 obligations during yesterday’s sleep walk. James Mc said it right, how can 45,000 contracts (over 25% of the entire contractual count) be traded in a 6.5 cent trading range when there was barely any movement? The answer is Algo’s pure and simple, with the cover of the governing bodies who benefit by getting a commission on each and every contract swap done by the algos as these computer gamers have pushed out real traders looking for real value.

Even though we’re not hearing about the Brexit, the obstructionists carry on hoping their media friends can sway the opinions of the frustrated as more and more subjects of the crown prepare by squirreling away essential supplies. We would suggest toilet paper and some of the other hygienic necessities that immediately went missing during the very beginning of Venezuela’s demise, along with canned foods, lots and lots of them too. Venezuela is a fine example that proves their population is suffering from a deflated and unwanted currency for over a year now. Canned foods last a hell of a lot longer than most items. Another item for the Brits to get is the Yellow Jackets vests. They will be a collectors item soon enough, as we expect many survivors to picture frame these vests with pride and hung up on the wall so their grandchildren can learn about what we've been thru as the populations of the world remove their failed leaders either peacefully or any way possible.

France’s Yellow Jackets are leading Macron into the abyss and the movement has expanded across Europe as the protests, marches and demonstrations have broken out in a multitude of European cities. The biggest problem for the obstructionists (Macron and his E-friends) have is the protesters had no unified or homogeneous political beliefs, party affiliations or ideological motivations, so there is no building to attack and no specific leader to arrest and that confuses the E-Unionists at their core. But the common point in all the protests is the same; the corrosion of purchasing power, the ever-increasing taxation levels, the restriction of business and free markets through regulations and manipulations, are issues most of us face in the West. Let us not forget the intrusion of immigrants who refuse to abide by the laws and orders of their hosted countries.

Nothing out there is installing calm, unless it’s the market prices. They haven't move in accordance to any of our past examples in history. Multiple nations are rioting, banks are in the middle of a massive corruption scandal on an international basis proving things are not right when it comes to the worlds money markets. Something is going to give, and if one has physical precious metals in their hands, they will have a much better chance of surviving than those that believe their currency is safe.
