Why Probation and The Criminal Justice System is a JOKE:

I'm just sick of having a heart to hear the truth, and to listen about law, and to study the things going on in the world where no one else gives a hoot about it. I'm sick of knowing that my rights are being violated left and right by the very thuggery that government now gets away with. I'm sick of being violated by the justice system that was designed to be "FOR ME" and seeing it clearly work against me! I'm sick of being worked over like I'm a marked man or a person of interest. I'm sick of the liars and the thieves stealing away my dignity! I don't want it anymore when it's nothing but a bunch of ass-holes working a system out to protect it's own interest while I get completely turned around in life, getting no representation at all and a false hope that one day I'll get liberation. I'm just trying to live right, with how I'm living, and they aren't willing to allow me to be myself in the attempt to live a decent life and be left alone. In fact, I don't even feel as though I am myself anymore, because my heart hurts for real reasons that people should care - and, simply put, they don't care anymore. As long as it's not them that these things are happening to - people don't care anywhere about anything.

Probation likes to use people for their time and money, and eat up as much of your resources as they can to turn you into a slave of your nation and make it nothing but profitable for them. They don't care about the crime that you "supposedly committed," just that you are cooperating with them. And, if you aren't cooperating with them, they are likely to scare you into thinking that you are going to be incarcerated for not cooperating with them. They don't care about their own crimes, or the crimes of others over you, that leads you into being a person that doesn't have any rights. They don't care to protect a people, rather they care to protect their own common-interest they have over your life.

You are a natural born sovereign people, not a sovereign citizen, because a citizen states that you are "a legally recognized subject or national of a state or commonwealth, either native or naturalized." So that brings up the question of "what is a subject?"

A subject is, "a person or thing that is being discussed, described, or dealt with." An issue, subject matter or concern point. But, a person is, "a human being regarded as a individual," not a subject. This is why you are a people, or a person, and not a citizen. And, you shouldn't have to plea with a system that doesn't want nothing to do with protecting your rights as a people rather making you a citizen and ultimately making you a slave to their work - which is stealing your money away from you, and your time to be able to make that money. Nor should you have to even work with a system that is working in defacto status making sure that while your rights are being taken away from you, that you can't lock down any kind of protection along the way from your government. The government that was created to protect people, and be for the people, by the people. It's now, not even considering certain people, as human beings rather just subject matter for themselves to lock you into a system and get you to pay money for their creation of jobs, and at the same time take away your time and ability to perform any job to make the money they are asking you for.

It most assuredly is just a broken way to attempt at giving people help these days, where you're more likely to be made into a criminal, even though you aren't one, that is just fighting to get liberty from a system that has no morals. In other words you're fighting a system that isn't going to give you justice along with a moral justice, because that would make sense. You would get liberty if that happened, and their whole goal is not to give people liberty these days at all. They want to take away liberty from the people, not give it.

The system highly disregards its own laws, and makes a huge problem where many people are concerned and left without justice and liberty. And, for the most part, no one speaks out, and no one wants to get their hands dirty, and everyone wants to watch their television and be soaked into their entertainments and environments while, more then their education while the economic environments crumble and no one gets ahead.

Remember this: "There is no true freedom in America, so long as there is oppression and poverty." As long as they can keep people in dwindling depressions and pain from never being able to make their ends meet, there is no true freedom in America.

Far too many people are missing the point of what a free country even is. Many people are missing the point on what their inalienable rights are. Most people are missing clear past the point of what they are getting away with truthfully where it's 100% infiltration in my opinion and they are getting away with creating a whole messy system over your life and our lives... and they are fucking up the constitution.

THE CONSTITUTION!! They don't care about it anymore, and when they are working full fledged against the constitution, and going against their own laws, they are kindly smiling in your faces - just to sort of stab you in the back! Like it or not, that is what these people are doing... while you are busy watching television and thinking that America is so great - they are going around and perverting the system. Instead of fixing the holes - they are creating more of them. Instead of fixing the economy, they are creating more bubbles that burst. Instead of fixing ANYTHING, they are controlling the outcome and offering a solution to the issues, but their offering solutions are nothing but a waste of time. They create a crisis, much like 9-11, and get people focused on what the media says, while they go out and continue more crimes. They just want to create the crisis, to control the people and offer solutions. That's all they do. And, it's fraud and mind control and to control the public at large.

So what is a national of a state or commonwealth:

A nation state is a type of state that joins the political entity of a state to the cultural entity of a nation, from which it aims to derive its political legitimacy to rule and potentially its status as a sovereign state. ... The key distinction is the identification of a people with a polity in the "nation state."

What is a polity? It's "a form or process of civil government or constitution." But, in this government, well - they can ignore law, they can ignore the government as it was issued to protect the people, and they ignore the constitution. That is called infiltration of your natural rights and turning them into citizen rights, where you are told that you are free, but really aren't free... you are taught that you live in a free country and that you have the best system in place to protect you, when you really don't have a free country at all, and have people that are going to work highly against you and not protect your rights at all.

A Commonwealth is, "an independent country or community, especially a democratic republic." But, we aren't a democratic republic either. We aren't even a United States, because we are divided. And, the one side is trying to rule over people and get them to give up their idea of living in peace with their fellow man, while taking and stealing away everything that you could potentially have for yourselves. While the other people just lay down law, and if that doesn't work, well - they'll put in regulations where they can make up law as they go. In my opinion, we are at war then with our own government, our own educational system, and our own healthcare, and people don't even know it... because most people just want to watch television and be entertained. While even in the entertainment industry, it's a trick they are using to lock people into a mind-set. They are locking people into mind control without them even knowing how they are being controlled. They'll even say that they aren't being controlled... but, they are in fact stupid for thinking that this much media isn't brainwashing us as people - just a tiny little bit. When it is! You're in some form of a nation, accepting some sort of rule of law, whether it's enacted or not is just another story. And, for most people - they don't want to fight their own government. They want to sit back and quietly obey and be told what to do. Well, that's not for me... that's never been for me. I want to live in a world where if there is a form of government is protects me, and doesn't tarnish the laws that it is supposed to be using to protect me. But, this is not what it is doing. Not for me... I'm on probation, where they state leveraged up and took the place of being the cry baby victim and the system all in the same breath.

But, the fact of the matter here is that you are not a subject or a thing, and you are a sovereign person, and not a sovereign citizen, when you are no longer the people that are of human flesh and blood, born of free will, and having sovereign rights, where the state is no longer working to protect you - you are actually being treated like an enemy of the state, and this is why I believe that Probation, and the government, and their administrations shall have no power over you, when you are not being treated as a person - rather you are being treated as a slave to a system that doesn't even want you, care for you, will work for you, and you aren't the people that it serves to protect over serving to protect it's own interest and agendas over your life. You're being treated as a slave. Not as a human being, as the government was designed to be for the people, by the people... and it's rather wretched design of today is acting in defacto-statuses working for themselves, and it's own agendas and is NOT working for you anymore. Let alone the fact that it never has. It's working to create people into subjects and things, and that is all. They just hide it well within their agenda and getting people to believe in all that mainstream media has to say about a person.

When the states have more power over a people than what people even can see, it is a huge beast system that cannot be fought over, to win a battle with... because they have too much power. And, their use of that power, no matter how wrong it is, cannot and will not deal with people as human beings, rather it will treat certain individuals as though they are things, or a subject, and in most cases will treat you like a pawn in their game of making you out to be someone that you aren't. It basically needs to stop acting like an overbearing girl/boy friend that you can't get rid of. And, when you can't get rid of someone that is doing you harm, and they come from the states, where do you have to go to get your rights back? Anywhere? Is there such a place? Are people even free anymore in America? These are the questions that pop into my head on a daily basis, because of the ways that I'm being treated by the system.

And, I know there are many others who are disregarded as essential slaves to their broken system. They have to have jobs so, they have to have X amount of arrests in order to keep their jobs. It just so happens that you're one of those people now. You know too much, or dream too hard, and you want answers... so, they are going to stop you at every turn they can make for you, because they aren't involved in a government to protect you. They are going to continue to hurt you.

My advice is to get out of their system, and once you are free from it, you do your best to keep these ass holes away from you. This is why I don't call the police.
