This is a peek into my morning Yoga and Meditation Practice.

I started doing Kundalini Yoga 1994 and in 2012 went to India to get trained to teach. It really moves energy and allows us to tune into our true self. We are also able to deal with all types of fluctuation in the market and in people. I am sure that you have felt that some people are being adversely effected by the changes going on that to have a "normal" conversation is sometimes difficult. Sodarshan Chakra Kriya meditation rebuilds personal identity, clears past karma and creates a platform of inner happiness and ecstasy. To embrace the energy (Kundalini) which brings vitality, intuition and clears the subconscious mind is the bounty of this meditation.
