I have read tons of articles, and I know some I've read many moons ago. But why is it so hard to apply into my everyday life? I feel so lost yet motivated to help myself.} _{**W R I T I N G**} _{down notes about self-care and journalling. I am finally starting my first journal this 2018. I am thinking of doing a do-whatever-you-want journal, and a 5-year/one-line-a-day journal this coming year. It is so tiny and the bottle is obviously

especially if it rains/fogs in early mornings.} _{**H O P I N G**} _{for things to get finalized this Wednesday. I just want to go home as soon as possible.
I will miss UAE, but self-healing is very important to me right now. I can't delay it any longer.} _{**W E A R I N G**} _{plain black tee and a loose pants.
