Theta Base Meditation Group meets Saturday Nights at 10:00PM Central Time. Check your time zone and adjust your starting time so that you start at the same time.

I had links to videos that were very helpful in learning to meditate but they have been deleted. I will try to find a replacement as soon as possible.

If you have experience meditating and would like to give it a try here's how;

#1 - Get yourself a piece of Quartz, Copper or Catlinite(pipestone) to hold onto or wear if it's jewelry.

#2 - Go to this playlist; https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL80Rg54JJ_23DoyRqlbS-SE6uGAmy6aim ('Follow the instructions posted there) and click 'Play All' at 10:00PM Central Time (adjust for your time zone).

@3 - Sit back, relax, let go of ego and reach out with your Awareness and leave Self behind.
