Let me make that crystal clear for some of us to pick the pieces.** If you're looking to change, you've got to be RADICAL! If you dont make radical changes to your situation, then you wont change what you do. You will definitely go back. So, let me say, alright, I want to start fitness drills, engage myself in the gym and you will say for example: because I want to lose belly fat or develop some muscles, right? A radical change for example, would be, rather than going to a gym, it will be enrolling in a program that costs you money whereby, if you dont show up, you're going to pay more money - you pay more money everytime you don't show up. Think about it for a moment! When you remember that, at everytime I dont show up, I'm going to pay some amount, you will realize that you're DOUBLY COMMITTED! So, you're changing that environment by putting yourself under a different condition than you were before. So, you've got to change your conditions and its not limited to the gym or fitness kinda thing but you know what you're up to as you can creatively apply these principle to it as I am doing over here. I'm just so sure that, these will help someone REPOSITION.
