As technology is progressing, we are becoming weak. Now think yourself that we play the bell and our pizza is in our room.

We do not have to go anywhere. When we leave to walk then our body will be weaker.

When man had no technology like today, he was a powerful human being from us physically. Because they were physically strong. They used their legs to travel far away. We travel today in cars & airplanes sitting all the time.

They ate natural foods & vegetables and we eat things made by factories.

The old people were physically fit and we are suffering from such diseases as we have stopped working physically.

If we compare ourselves physically with them, then we are so much weak. Their ages were so long they had no diseases like us.

You know why? As I think because they were so close to nature.
