If you are skeptical that bone broth is interesting enough to justify a 45-minute-long video about it, you're not alone. When YouTube suggested this to me, I was skeptical myself. It gets really good really quickly, though. The presenter is engaging, funny, and knowledgable. This presentation makes me want to try making my own bone broth. I have purchased some by companies like Kettle & Fire or Epic. Ready-made bone broths like those are certainly enjoyable and convenient, but not exactly cheap.
