MEDIBLOC is open source platform work on Ethereum blockchain that makes use of a health care ecosystem. MEDIBLOC allow its users to track their medical record regarding their health and doctor visitations.
MEDIBLOC collect all the sensitive information and record of a patients into a single data bank, which then will be shared reliably with medical experts in a private manner. Also, MEDIBLOC makes use of its own system to facilitate record sharing via an incentive based financial model. Reward can be obtained by patients, caregivers. Tokens can also be used for internal transactions like pharmacy charges etc.
