Torrent is a peer to peer (p2p) file sharing technology.peer to peer means like if you are the the owner of file you are a seeder and then another person downloads the file and also become a seeder in some time a third person starts downloading the file the file starts getting downloaded from seeder 1 and on seeder 2 if after few seeder owner remove seeding it. Some Torrent Terms and what does they mean.

Legal Status of Torrent

In some countries torrent have legal status till an extent like Canada, Mexico, Netherlands, Switzerland, etc. But the Majority is illegal but it can’t be extinct because of its peer to peer system. Still the countries have some strict penalties if found using torrent.
