In other word , we can say that their tiredness convert into routine ruining habits. So today I talk about the reason behind tiredness and how to overcome it..So let's start : The reasons behind tiredness are following : (1). No movement = No more energy. If you wake up in the morning,take breakfast(with tea or coffee) and later sitting in front of computer (in office or in home) until lunch.In this case you have no more movement and your body has big amount of calories. Because of this calories you feel more tired and don't like to do anything. So we feel tired.. These are important sources or reasons of tiredness or fatigue. According to me, Life is a game of continuously learning from our mistakes , improve it and grow from it..So it is our responsibility to take care of ourself. God bless you..
