Steps in having a good future

Step1 - Planing your future or having a picture of your future: planing your future is the first and most important step, here you have set the rules on your life. As we all know planing plays an important part in our todays life. whats planning? Planing is the act of arrangement or the listing out of activities to be carried out in the future by an individual but personally I would say its a carefully listed out plans that are to be executed exactly as it has been written no subtraction or addition. according to time management guide: Planning is one of the most important project management and time management techniques. Planning is preparing a sequence of action steps to achieve some specific goal. If you do it effectively, you can reduce much the necessary time and effort of achieving the goal. A plan is like a map. When following a plan, you can always see how much you have progressed towards your project goal and how far you are from your destination. Knowing where you are is essential for making good decisions on where to go or what to do next. One more reason why you need planning is again the 80/20 Rule. It is well established that for unstructured activities 80 percent of the effort give less than 20 percent of the valuable outcome. You either spend much time on deciding what to do next, or you are taking many unnecessary, unfocused, and inefficient steps. Planning is also crucial for meeting your needs during each action step with your time, money, or other resources. With careful planning you often can see if at some point you are likely to face a problem. - Finding out what you really good at (finding your passion) This is one aspect of our lives that we actually ignore, for its the easiest act that can be carried out by any individual. So most at times we eventually let go of it and focus on other things like learning a new craft but unknowingly to us our passion ends up in making a way in receiving income or fame when we perfect it. Think about what you can turn into work that doesn’t necessarily feel like work. Passion and success are highly intertwined. It is the one thing that can give you that natural enthusiasm and set you on a trajectory to happiness and success. Don’t be shy to go all the way with what excites you. If something does this for you, then it is a sure sign that it is your passion. It’s something that you are comfortable doing because it simply makes you feel good about yourself, and what you’re capable of. If you’re having troubles finding out what your passion is, look for patterns in what you’ve done. Perhaps a hobby you’ve been doing can be made into a career? Or maybe past work experiences emanate something about you as a person. For example, volunteer experience usually speaks to what a person cares about and is willing to go the extra mile for it.
