01 pechuga de pollo, 300 grs de pasta, 05 ramas de perejil, 02 cebollas, 02 ramas de cebollin, dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de paprika, 01 cucharada de salsa de jengibre, 03 cucharadas de mantequilla, 3/4 taza de agua o caldo de pollo, sal y pimienta al gusto.

Lo primero que hago es cortar la pechuga en cubos, le quito el cuero y la lavo muy bien, luego la coloco lavarla en un bol y la sazono con la sal, la paprika, el ajo picadito y lapimienta. Dejo marinar por media hora.
