Today I want to share with you a soup recipe called " Buckwheat with meat" Buckwheat soup is a very favorite dish of many children and adults,its preparation will surprise you)but the taste will be on top!

The soup recipe is very simple but the ingredients I try to buy quality.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

Meat (chicken, pork)

1 onion

Potatoes 8 pieces

Buckwheat 100g

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Greens (parsley, onion)

Clean potatoes Useful properties of potatoes are known to all today and its properties. Potatoes are widely used in cooking and folk medicine as a remedy, due to their nutritional and medicinal properties.

Rinse the meat under water and drop it in a pot,but you need to stand in the water for about 30 minutes that would be all the blood left salt water to taste.

Boil buckwheat about 20-25 minutes stirring with a spoon. after that, we take the greens and cut into small pieces and at the end when everything is cooked add flavor and pepper.
