*** Carouge - Switzerland *** 9:00 o'clock in Carouge. It's January 2018 and outside there are around 5°C. People are moving and running, the city is really alive. Carouge is situated in Switzerland, near Geneva, having a population of about 21.000 and an area of 2.7 square kilometers.
