Emotional debris collects in your biofield all the time. From your intensely felt emotional experiences to passively adhering to you as you wander through the sea of humanity. A result of pesky buildup is that you may notice an increase in a certain emotion’s presence, even when you intellectually know that there is no reason to feel that way. Luckily, there are methods of clearing this emotional debris that can be performed as regularly as you need them.

In Pranic Healing, we use a variety of colored prana. Just like light being split into a rainbow by a prism, or specific colors being isolated by a filter, prana comes in its own rainbow, and specific colors can be intentionally selected for use by the practitioner. One particularly potent color is Violet. Light-colored violet prana (violet mixed with white) has regenerative effects and is used to heal damaged organs and nerves, treat severe infections like syphilis, and remove emotional debris from the biofield. Lavender essential oil contains violet prana. When added to a salt bath, lavender oil’s violet prana dissolves the negative emotional debris in the body’s energy field. “Electric violet” prana is many times more powerful than ordinary violet prana and has a strong disinfecting effect. Implementing it with the salt and lavender oil bath can be very purifying.

Technique 1 - Violet Immersion Meditation

Draw a warm bath and add two cups to three pounds of salt, plus 8-10 drops of lavender essential oil. Note that this is not Epsom Salt, which has different qualities than normal table salt.

Sink into the bathwater and try to get as much of your body submerged as possible, making sure that the area from your pelvis to your chin is covered by water. You may wish to occasionally splash your forehead and temples with the water so they are cleansed as well. If you think your hair can handle the mixture, try getting your head wet for a minute or two.
Keeping your torso as submerged as possible, close your eyes and imagine a bright spark of lightning entering the top of your head. Electric violet prana is like this lightning, having a brilliant white core** with surrounding violet glow.
Allow the lightning to seep into your head, filling your skull. Your entire head is glowing with this brilliant purple-tinged light.
Visualize the electric violet light progressing down your neck, down your spine, saturating your organs and expanding to fill your torso.
Let the brilliant electric violet light run down your arms and legs to your hands and feet.
When you are filled with the brilliant purple-tinged lightning, have it expand outward so that it radiates through your skin, then expand at least 3-5 inches away from your skin.
Imagine or intend that this brilliant purple-tinged lightning dissolves all negative thoughts and emotions you have been harboring, and whisks this debris away from your body into the surrounding bathwater.
This doesn’t have to be a very long meditation. Ten minutes is more than enough. You don’t want to stay in too long, however, because the bath water loses its effectiveness as you release into the water.
Then take a quick shower to rinse off. If you submerged your head during the bath, you may want to wash your hair.
You may wish to recharge afterward by going outside and sitting under a large healthy tree, getting some sun, or drinking a glass of water that has been sitting in the sun.

**WARNING
Do not envision dark colors of violet, for they can create undesired effects. Keep the color light and bright. The lighter, the better.

Technique 2 (quick and dry) - Command!

One of the benefits of using Etheric Programming commands is that you do not have to "hold" a visualization in your mind's eye for any length of time. A command is said once without visualizing anything, and does not have to be repeated like a mantra, making this a simple approach.

Say aloud: "Wash with Electric Violet Prana."
Wait until you feel a shift. Your body may respond to the action/completion by a rippling of relaxation down the body, a yawn or chest cough, or a slight sway.
Shield yourself (even if you had previously done so earlier in the day), saying: "Shield me for 24 hours, starting now."

That's it! You're done!

Finally, you have the choice to be happy and grateful. Wouldn’t you rather your biofield be saturated with positive emotions and thoughtforms than polluted with stuff that can not only undermine your health and wellbeing, but color the world as you look through it? It also means having to take fewer baths!
