The team will start early around 7 am and get to Novotel hammersmith the actual event starts at 9.30am Steem's different project speeches are on at 10.15am to 11.30am I don't know yet if we have to get different panel tickets to attend this if we already have an event ticket perhaps someone can help me clear this up???? In the morning @anarcotech will introduce what Steem is and introduce the different Steem speakers onto the stage and will moderate the Steem project presentations. Later you are free to help at the "promo-steem" exhibition stand at any time during the day or continue to take a look around the rest of the show and network with people. Crazy eh? Which is about $13500 if your wondering. You also have to dress the stand, transport the actual panels themselves and put them up, these costs are around £1200 basically another $1700 Then there is also the Flyers, business cards, t-shirts, mugs, cups, pens etc. I haven't even gone into the hotel costs or the team transport costs to the venue and so and so on, so yes the whole thing will be costing around $15,000 or more, like I said this isn't no cheap set-up.
