A prospective cohort study conducted among adults hospitalized with COVID-19 who filled out the International Prostatic Symptom Score (survey) and who were re-evaluated one and three months post-discharge (n = 168) found that fully vaxxed participants (n = 96) had a higher risk of moderate to severe lower urinary tract symptoms at baseline and at the 3 month follow-up evaluation compared to unvaxxed participants. While this is an observational study and thus cannot make causal inferences it is one in a growing body of evidence for increased risks of non-COVID-19 related symptoms and diseases following the COVID vaxx primary series and/or booster.
