Most people say they do not dream. Most often this occurs because people simply forget to sleep after a few seconds after wake up. Why is this happening to us?

Some scientists believe that in our body everything is thought out to the smallest detail, and if we forget our dreams, it means that our body requires it and for it there are certain reasons. Here are the most common ones:

The human brain, many dreams are perceived as unnecessary information. The flow of information that our brain processes, continuous and does not stop for a second.
