With its Level 1, you will able to have 2 magic attacks and not so slow attack speed. But since it has a very low health point, you need to be very careful in placing this kind of monster to a better position on the battlefield so you will able to take benefit of its attack. But the full potential of this monster can be unlocked at its Level 3 as you can avail its Blast skill which can damage multiple enemies which is a good advantage for you in every attack turn.
