To be honest, I don't love this service, but many good reviews about this network exist in thousands websites, people uses him without problem fast exchange of steem to bitcoin (or others).

In my opinion, bitpay have better features, but shift payments still a fast solution for many people.

Payza in famous online service to money transfers, process payments on your website and many others services.

payza search many new markets to grow so develop the last two projects.
the first-deposit money in many small bank online.

This solution in new (2017) but payza accept to send their funds only to show the world that open to new market like bitcoin and loves to invest in him.
Payza accepts to deposit funds in service like advcash, payeer, EPAY and others with small fees.
so simply you can send money to any of this service and use any mastercard offer by all this bank (wonder solution for many users can't use the payza card for their countries).
