There is currently an upswing in activity amongst the witnesses. One of the main targets currently is the reordering of the top witnesses to move the inactive witnesses down the rankings and bring up lower active witnesses. As part of this @steemchiller has added a pop-up message in Steemworld.org as a reminder to make sure your witness votes are being allocated wisely.
