This could be the basis for custom service robots, inspection robots and robots working in flocks. You can use your ROSbot offline but we recommend connecting to the Husarion Cloud because it gives you access to many additional functions such as remote management and firmware updates. By default ROSbot supports WiFi in the 2.4GHz band, this is enough for most cases.
