What good will it do anyone if we all keep complaining and little or nothing is done to remedy a complaint-generating issue? or what good will these complaints do the wider community (Steemit) if her new account owners keep steeming, but always nursing resentment and anger in their minds because their efforts are never rewarded adequately?. These group of five talented steemians have put heads together to rock the minnows' steemit world with an innovative ***.....don't look surprised, we are still working hard behind the scene to make this a real blast.... Maybe you stumbled on this post by accident or you did because you are following me already having considered me worthy to be followed. whichever case it is, I say thank you for making it to this blog post today. It is Possible you are reading this blog post and you are currently a whale or a dolphin, never mind, you might just be the next guy or gal we will be needing to further actualize our long thought dream of making this ocean a habitable place for the little guys. Let me guess what you might be thinking now: ....thinking......He's just a minnow without much steem power.....What has he got cooking? .......I am far stronger and matured than he is Alright. If am right in anyway about the above, well you are right also, but we have never allowed that to serve as distraction to our pushing hard for success as far as this BIG BLAST is concerned. In a couple of weeks from now, we will be unveiling an opportunity for MINNOWS and DOLPHINS , an opportunity here on steemit which is gonna ensure that every sincere blogger is rewarded adequately. We wanna see smiles on the faces of people and Estimated account values reading positive figures. It may surprise you to know that MONEY is not our primary motivation, but the consummation of the zeal to help the downtrodden on steemit gain stability and get rewarded for every minute they put into doing good things on the platform. We saw the anguish on the faces of plenty minnows, we came together to make or effect a change by doing something positive about it.

Aside this, at the end of this, we would have been able to make very plenty minnows have and maybe smile a little bit more on steemit. Can you imagine having the charisma to stake your time and resources for an untested idea as such, If you had no fear of failure or judgement , what would you do to CHANGE the already unfriendly atmosphere for the minnows?

Before I go too far though, I wanna tell you what this upcoming project won't do

This project won't make unnecessary demands

This project won't tolerate cheat or harm on any of her members

This project won't tolerate seeing any of her member's account value on the floor

This project won't make promises it cannot keep

What we will be doing is creating an opportunity for every interested "would-be" members to build a better account worth on steemit regardless of what their current state is and also feel empowered to be blogging on steemit. It is gonna be an opportunity for any minnow (Specifically) to make a significant change in their blogging experience on steemit without any real risk; and the best part is everyone is in control of their success as members.

Everyone get out what they put in.

This project is gonna be founded on one major principle: Helping others to look better and feel better on steemit, while making steemit a habitable place also to stay. We are gonna be doing this in two ways (Keep tab with my blog for updates about that) We are passionate about this project, and we hold ourselves to a very high standard of equality not because it is gonna be cool or because someone has asked us to do that, but because we know that's exactly the right thing to do if steemit must sustain creativity from these new account owners. We own every tool that will be used to drive this project to success. These tools include but not limited to:

A website built on and connected to the steemit blockchain. This website is currently being built by a team member who is the chief programming officer for this project

A logo and a cover logo which has already been built also by a team member who is the head of graphics

The first post for the project which is being worked upon by the remaining members of the team

We are not stopping here because we are constantly thinking of ways to better your stay on steemit at a very affordable means from registration of new accounts, to constant developments and motivations of these hardworking accounts owners to the growth of steem/Steemit as a whole. Our activities will cut across very wide areas, all geared toward putting smiles on the faces of hardworking steemians here and outside of steemit.
