This sign (made of a hard thick paper) came in the mail in perfect shape. (Maybe I got lucky from what I’ve read of the other reviews). No bends, creases, or tears. This is a great frame! I got it to memorialize my son's first year. The frame and mat are well-made. I love that the picture slots are bigger so you can see more than just the baby's face; I could use wallet size (cut only slightly). The frame came super quickly - way faster than I expected. I am very pleased with this and would recommend and purchase from this company again.
