This is the continuation of my post about hiking with friends in the Ukrainian Carpathians.	Це продовження мого поста про похід з друзями в українських Карпатах.
When I left the hut in the morning the sun was shining, and there was not a single cloud in the sky!	Коли я вийшов з колиби вранці вже світило сонце, а на небі не було жодної хмаринки!
Carpathians like to surprise with a sharp change of weather: a day ago, from morning till night there was a thick fog and rain was falling constantly, and the next day - there was not a trace left of them...	Карпати люблять дивувати різкою зміною погоди: день назад, з ранку до вечора стояв густий туман і постійно капав дощ, а на наступний день - від них не залишилося ні сліду...

Even the fact that we had to wear wet socks and wet sneakers (over night they gained even more moisture, although we dried and stuffed them with paper) could not affect the joy of clear weather!

Навіть той факт, що нам довелося надіти мокрі шкарпетки і мокрі кросівки (за ніч вони набрали ще більше вологи, хоча ми сушили і набивали їх папером), не зміг вплинути на радість від ясної погоди!

If someone at home, in the morning, drinks coffee with two cookies, then on a hike breakfast should be larger. Besides coffee with biscuits, we ate more buckwheat with tuna. Here is my portion.

Якщо хтось вдома, вранці, п'є каву з печивом, то в поході сніданок повинен бути об'ємніше. Крім кави з печивом ми поїли ще гречки з тунцем. Ось моя порція.

After breakfast we packed our things and continued our route. After a couple of steps on the tall grass, we realized that even if we dried our shoes completely - this would be an empty undertaking... There was such dew that water could be collected by buckets.

Після сніданку ми спакували речі і продовжили свій маршрут. Після кількох кроків по високій траві ми зрозуміли, що навіть якщо б висушили своє взуття повністю - це було б марною справою... Стояла така роса, що воду можна було збирати відрами.

Then our route passed through a fairytale forest. I really liked the path along the slope of the mountain. There were high trees, which nevertheless passed light and the earth was covered with a thick layer of moss. Moss looked great and was tight to the touch. What is the opposite of yesterday... :-)

Далі наш маршрут проходив черз казковий ліс. Мені дуже сподобалася стежка по схилу гори. Там були дуже високі дерева, які все-ж пропускали світло і земля була покрита товстим шаром моху. Мох відмінно виглядав і був приємній на дотик. Яка ж протилежність вчорашнього дня... :-)

Vitali managed to find beautiful mushrooms on the go! Some people have a very sharp "color" vision. Vitaly them this category of people. Did you have such that one of the friends always found mushrooms more than others?

In this hike, the site with moss, in the forest, I liked most. Then I thought that not only open areas, with visibility to the horizon, are interesting in the mountains. Interesting are such "dense" forests.

В цьому поході ділянка з мохом, в лісі, мені сподобалася найбільше. Тоді я подумав, що не тільки відкриті ділянки, з видимістю до горизонту цікаві в горах. Цікавими бувають такі "дрімучі" ліси.

Then I and Vitaly noticed that Lyosha often fell behind... He was limping slightly. We asked what was the matter and he admitted that the knee was hurting. He said that the knee started to hurt yesterday, but did not want to spoil our plans.	Потім я з Віталієм помітили, що Льоша часто став відставати... Він трохи накульгував. Ми запитали в чому справа і він зізнався, що болить коліно. Сказав, що коліно почало боліти ще вчора, але не хотів псувати нам плани.

To save weight, they did not take trekking sticks, and Vitaly and I gave him one by one. Error - can not save on weight by taking risks. Believe me, even if the sticks seem to you unnecessary, there may be a siting that they will help you a lot. Do not skimp on such things and the more you take them with you, if you have them!	Для економії ваги він не брав трекінгові палиці та ми з Віталієм віддали йому по одній. Помилка - не можна економити на вазі йдучи на ризик. Повірте, навіть якщо палиці вам покажуть непотрібними, може бути ситація, що вони вам дуже допоможуть. Не економте на таких речах і тим більше беріть їх з собою, якщо вони у вас є!

We passed another valley with horses. The horses peacefully grazed and it seemed that they were wild. It's amazing how the Hutsuls let the horses and cattle graze on the slopes and how they find them later.

Ми пройшли ще одну полонину з кіньми. Коні мирно паслися і здавалося, що вони дикі. Дивно, як гуцули відпускають коней і худобу пастися на безмежний схили і як вони їх потім знаходять.

Then we went without a marked route. We went down directly to absolutely wild places.	Далі ми пішли вже без маркованого маршруту. Спустилися вниз "напряму" абсолютно дикими місцями.
On the way we came across a hut completely overgrown with moss and bushes. Some were almost equal to the ground.	По дорозі нам траплялися хатину повністю зарослі мохом і кущами. Деякі практично зрівнялися з землею.

When you depart from the route and especially when you go directly, you see quite different Carpathians. They are wild and cruel. It's difficult to climb and, at such moments, forget about the camera...

Коли ви відходите від маршруту і особливо коли йдете напряму, вам відкриваються зовсім інші Карпати. Вони дикі і жестокіе.Пробіраться складно і, в такі моменти забуваєш про фотоапарат...

In such thickets we have seen traces of the "master" of these areas - the bear.

У таких заростях ми бачили сліди "господаря" цих районів - ведмедя.

The tracks were not "hot", so we did not particularly worry, although everyone realized that if there are traces then it may not be very far. Even if the four of us, it's still felt some anxiety... But when you're alone in places other feelings... :-)

Сліди були не "гарячі", тому ми особливо не переймалися, хоча кожен розумів, що якщо є сліди то він може бути не дуже далеко. Навіть якщо нас четверо, все-одно відчувається якась тривога... Хоча коли ти один в таких місцях чуства інші... :-)

But you can eat plenty of blackberries. If there are traces of a bear, then there are many berries.	Зате можна наїстися досхочу ожини. Якщо є сліди ведмедя, значить є багато ягід.
In each hike comes a time when you get used to the mountains a bit and then you do not want to take photos anymore... Or I'm used to this area, or everyone is tired, but I did not take pictures anymore.	У кожному поході настає момент, коли трохи звикаєш до гір і тоді фотографувати вже не хочеться... Або я звик до цього району, або всі втомилися, але більше я не фотографував.

We walked 51 km and went to civilization. Lesha at the end managed to be put on the car. People who collected mushrooms, took him to the station.	Ми пройшли 51 км і вийшли до цивілізації. Льошу в кінці вдалося посадити на машину. Люди, які збирали гриби, відвезли його до вокзалу.
That's the kind of campaign that turned out... Despite 100% humidity on the first day and Lesha's problems on the second day, no one regrets that he went on a hike. This hike, like other, more successful, will remain forever in our memory.	Ось такий вийшов похід... Незважаючи на 100% вологість в перший день і проблеми у Льоші на другий день, ніхто не шкодує, що пішов в похід. Цей похід, як і інші, більш вдалі, все-одно назавжди залишиться в нашій пам'яті.
