We are testing a new python lottery bot and require test subjects! To this end we are offering (for a limited time) gifted lottery tickets for those who request one in our [discord](https://discord.gg/JqnXeqG). Ask for a free ticket in the general channel, give your steemit name and one will be purchased for you. **Every ticket gets you into both the daily and weekly draws.** The #ufm-lotto section of our [discord](https://discord.gg/59cQ5nk) will log lottery purchases, so people can get an idea of how many tickets are sold per day until we get a front end site developed.

Anyone who want's to buy an extra ticket on top of today's gifted ticket can do so by sending 10 UFM to @ufmlotto. You can also gift a ticket to another user by including a memo with the user you want to buy a ticket for as that memo. **Do not use the @ symbol in the memo!** Each ticket must be a separate transaction.
**25% of all daily lottery income is burned!** 49% goes to the daily winner. 25% of daily income is added to the weekly prize. 1% remains as a float (to remove the possibility of the bot crashing from 0 balance)
During testing, if anything goes wrong with the code, everyone who paid to enter will be refunded **and** receive a gifted lottery ticket for the next day. These gifted lottery tickets still cost 10 UFM, and is paid by the UpFundMe Team. Please keep in mind that the UpFundMe Lottery is still under development and in testing, things may go wrong.
