It is such an enormous task that requires careful management by parents, teachers and guidiens. Crisis moments in youth and adolescent development pose great Temptations to our young ones that require the assistance of intelligent parents, teachers and guidiens for the to overcome How do we manage the crisis moments that confronts our young ones? Remember that sometimes they feel big and some times they feel smaller depending on the prevailing circumstances surrounding them The youths especially the adolescents are emotionally unstable because they are in the period between childhood and adulthood.

Our opinions for out youths are limited to the point they see eye-eye with us, though we can apply strictness in certain matters when we are right. Nevertheless to bring them into conviction in certain matters is not always achievable by imposition but by prayer and dialog, friendliness and respect to their individuality and privacy. The most difficult set of people to deal with and the most flexible to use are the youths. They are the most difficult and at the same time the most flexible to deal with because of the age they have attained. They are in the age of strength, achievements and early maturity. The youth and adolescent also deserve common courtesy. It is advisable to use such expressions of common courtesy as *Excuse me*, *please*, or *could you please*, before disengaging a person from his or her private activities when you want him or her to carry out an assignment for you

The Bible admonishes parents thus Prove not your children to wrath, bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, Eph 6:4

Love approach is better than aggression in dealing with youths. Connections and friendship are very easy for the youths and adolescents to make. Aggression does not always help matters. Sometimes they make issues more difficult to handle. The youths are not too young to find their ways or association successfully elsewhere outside their homes, which might be difficult for their parents to trace. They can go anywhere at any time because they still have full wings to fly and less burdens to bear. It is therefore advisable that in your wrath remember mercy when they err. In your bid to control or correct them of juvenile delinquencies you must be extremely careful not to cause them to fly away beyond your control. You should tender justice with mercy. Do not disown your child for any bad behaviour no matter how grave the offense, rather do your best to save him. To disown or abandon your youth or adolescent is rather dangerous than safe and secure. Allow them the freedom to practice what they can do well. Try to understand what they will be able to do well and give them the freedom to do them. Judging from their level of maturity and exposure in the society as young adults, the youths can evaluate issues and make useful contributions. Knowledge is not an adult monopoly

. The young can teach the adult, the adult can teach the young. Though the adults have more experience of life than the youths, yet the adults can not claim omniscience over the youths. They should not see the youths as having no meaningful ideas to contribute. The basic needs of the youths and adolescents includes education, feeding and clothing. Youth is a high rival peer group where members are assessed by their educational attainment, mode of dressing and physical appearances. Parents and guidians should ad much ad possible provide these needs.
