# Introduction It has been two weeks since we started as a witness. We did not expect much interest because it is the beginning, however we were pleasantly surprised. We started with rank 380 and after two weeks we jumped to position 255. That would not happen without the help of community. We know that this is not a huge progress, but it is certainly a step towards the future that we want to create

In order to reward the most effectively, we were using 100% votes worth $ 0.15 for 10 people daily. Although we don't have more power, we do our best to reward good content creators. I hope with time we will be able to reward more people with higher value. * We started to translate Vimm posts into #polish language. # Our thoughts about being Witness From the beginning, we were not focused on profit. We knew that there were a lot of good Witnesses on Steemit and most people already gave their votes to others. With our 255 rank, we still have not produced the block and it will probably take some time, however we are not going to give up, we want to show people that everything can be achieved with hard work. We can't fail people who believe and support us.
