Hello everyone π»,
Happy Sunday π and a very warm welcome to my report. It's the day of gratitude and appreciating all of the blessings in our lives π―. No matter how bad things are there's always that glimmer of hope that the best is yet to comeπ―.
Anyways I have had a great day and it's now that time of day to breakdown how it went including the stories that caught my eye π. Let's get things rolling right away π¨.
So I did have my little walk around the neighborhood this morning then I got on with the usual house chores including cooking and laundry.
It was quite cloudy βοΈ in the morning but the sun π shone through at around midday. Then it got pretty hot to around 30 celsius
Later in the day I did get out to visit some family friends on the other side of the city.
Then I got back home just before sunset π and followed up on some of the trending stories.
So that was my day and now let's look at what has been happening around the world π.
Starting of in Gaza, the mass murder continued with 47 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrikes , five of this killed trying to collect food from 'humanitarian' distribution centresπΏ.
Speaking of food, 344 cases of acute malnutrition in children between 6 months and five years has been reportedπΏ.
Children are bearing the brunt of lack of food the most. So far 66 children have already died and some may be affected for life without essential nutrients in their growing phaseπ.
In the other war, Russia carried out its largest aerial attack in various parts of Ukraine including Kyiv with more than 500 missilesπ.
Meanwhile Ukraine is suffering from shortage of soldiers at the front lines.
Staying in Europe, UK trending as pro Palestinian performances at Glastonbury have sparked national debate.
One of the performing bands condemned Israel's war on Gaza during performance where Palestinian flags were waved.
Across the pond, Trump wrote, make a deal in Gaza get the hostages back. Hinting at a possible deal to end the bombing in Gaza.
Speaking of Trump, senate republicans are scrambling to pass the big beautiful bill through the senate before 4 July. Several republican senators previously reluctant to support the bill but now say their concerns have been allayed. I think it will definitely pass through
So that's about it, see you tomorrow on an awesome Monday. Until then it's good night π΄ and Adios β€οΈ. Hakuna Matata π» π―.
