I like this kind of art. Brushstrokes and lines to define a final image. I think I'll be experimenting with faces for a while. I feel like every time I draw a sketch, it becomes much easier.
I thought this painting was a great way to use my blue color. I've already started sketching to help me speed up the final painting. Focusing on other things, details. Outlining.
It feels good when you paint. I used 300g watercolor paper. Five brushes, numbers 4, 3, and 1. Blue, vermillion, pink, ochre, gray, and black and white.

Jugaste con el encuadre y los colores de tal manera que la cara se convierte en el centro de atención y nos mantienes allí, encontrando belleza, a pesar de las proporciones que empleas. (La separación de los ojos, tamaño de la naríz y boca, los hombros), pero como dices en otra publicación, estas practicando y aprendiendo el dibujo anatómico)
Claro también es bueno saber si la modelo es real y con cuanta exactitud la retrataste.

I like it too. In a way she looks familiar to me and it wouldn't surprise me if het colour is blue. I will see if I can find a picture of the woman I have in mind.
