Bitconnect Loans: Who, Where, Why, How

Can someone please tell me

  • Who gets loans from Bitconnect ?
  • Where do you get loans from Bitconnect ?
  • How do you qualify for loans from Bitconnect ?
  • Why is it so difficult to find out ?

I've looked at the Bitconnect model and it seems strong... but these questions are unanswered.

After the Control-Finance and HashOcean fiascos it's only normal to wonder.
