...and they still will be physically able to plant something at home or, if they want to, they can plant directly in the soil.
I doubt people in Manila or Cebu have gardens to practice outdoor gardening, so I believe your statement may be correct only while considering rural areas of SEA.

    Yes exactly, majority in the Philippines doing outdoor planting maybe there are some indoors but it is just only few.
