오늘도 걷기 운동 만보 달성 목표를 달성했습니다.
오늘은 비데를 아내가 주문해서 그걸 설치했습니다.
좀 힘들었네요..
처음해보는건데..
집에 몽키도 없고 해서 풀고 조이는게 힘들었네요..
그래도 어떻게 하다 보니 할수 있었습니다.
하고 나니 나름 좋아 보이네요. ㅎㅎㅎ
오늘은 이렇게 마무리 되었네요..
