Voted for Popular Projects That Still Has More Room To Grow (PIVX, STEEM, Augur, WTC, Elastos etc.).

preferrably blockchains that can do even more than smart contracts (like Steem) and are Proof of Stake (also like Steem). These are my main criteria for judging new projects
