Great thought provoking post - I think it’s just a legacy thing; bitcoin was a bit technical for most and while there are many women in to tech things, the IT department is still majority males. This is of course shifting a bit. I think as crypto is evolving and more user friendly/less techo interfaces are built more women will come.
