This is not a razor, but a deep seated internal bias. But, if the Heirophants of Modern Materialistic Science were honest, it really might show up as a razor.
Modern Materialistic Science Razor
If there is more than one explanation for a phenomena, choose the one that doesn't require God to exist.
If all explanations require God to exist, come up with one that doesn't and no matter how twisted the logic is (actually, the more twisted the better) make that one, the theory that science believes.
Modern Materialistic Science and Atheism go hand in hand. Of course they deny that, but the evidence is easily seen.
Just take how those in the Ivory Towers have responded to things like Intelligent Design. Although all of their old theories had been disproven, Intelligent Design wasn't even given the permission to be debated. So, in schools and colleges around the world, we still teach a theory that has been disproven, and we do not talk about one that has a lot of merit.
Modern Science and Atheism
Science is supposed to be agnostic. Follow the facts wherever they may lead. But, with Modern Materialistic Science they always lead to "No God", and the Bible is stupid.
Atheists see Modern Materialistic Science as proving that god doesn't exist, and that Christianity is stupid. But, that is exactly how Modern Materialistic Science displayed things. If the Bible said one thing, Science said the opposite.
It is almost a war now.
Jesus fishes on some cars, but atheists had to create Darwin fishes to push back.
This is supposed to be science, there should be no war, only a search for the truth. However, what you find is that anything that sounds too close to Christianity, like Intelligent Design, is buried, never given the spotlight, ridiculed. And all of the things that we find in our world that show that we are not the pinnacle of human intelligence or know how, has to be hidden, buried, ignored, thrown overboard, and if that doesn't work, denied.
And in such a manner the hierophants of Modern Materialistic Science has kept the "Science" atheistic.
Quantum Physics breaks Science
There was a war between Neils Bohr and Albert Einstein. And the results and meaning of that war are buried.
Einstein said, there cannot be spooky action at a distance.
And, experiment after experiment after experiment in quantum physics says, yes there can.
So, Einstein should be thrown out. The only true thing about relativity is that Einstein married his cousin.
BUT! The Heirophants of Modern Materialistic Science solved this by saying that quantum physics only holds true for tiny things. So, they successfully quarantined all the new truths that were being found out.
However, everyone now knows about entangled particles. They think about neat ideas of being able to send messages clear across the world, with nothing in between. Unfortunately, very few people make the connection that entangled particles destroys Einstein's Relativity.
Reality is downstream of consciousness
And the granddaddy of them all, the thing that Modern Materialistic Science won't touch with an eleven foot pole, consciousness.
It has been shown (double slit and other experiments) that consciousness effects the outcomes of experiments. The implications of this destroys all the assumptions of Modern Materialistic Science. Everything from the vaunted "Scientific Method" to Hawkings latest theories all have to be thrown out.
The base premise of Modern Materialistic Science is that there is a "real" world out there. And that it exists separately from us. So, we can go and observe it. And the human doesn't have any effect, nor merit, when he studies the world out there.
However, if consciousness affects the "reality" out there, the implications go deep. It opens up everything to questioning. Like, there might not be a world out there, it may be all in our minds. We may be completely interconnected with all of reality, as in, the separateness that Modern Science demands, just does not exist.
Modern Materialistic Science does not want to address the phenomena called consciousness. They insist that it is just a matter of having enough neurons, or enough transistors. And, in so doing have ignored what everyone who meditates or has an out of body experience knows, that thinking does not happen in the brain.
Science is really not supposed to ignore facts and data. But they do, saying individual experiences cannot be measured, so they are not scientific.
Modern Materialistic Science has gone down the wrong road for too long. It gave up on searching for the truth, and replaced that with selling atheism to the world. And, in so doing, have destroyed science. This has nothing to do with whether God exists or not, but when you discard theories because of deep, person bias, this leads us to wrong conclusions.
And Modern Science is worse than that, these deep personal biases are built into the assumptions. We are hamstrung from the beginning.
- Imagine if someone went faster than the speed of light. Quite obviously, and easily measured / tracked.
- Imagine if someone creates a free-energy device. People can replicate it, and everyone is now powering their houses with such devices.
- Imagine if a galaxy just sprang into existence. That, there was an empty space there one day, and the next a galaxy formed.
If any of these things happen, Modern Materialistic Science should apologize, close up shop, and bow out. Any of these completely destroys everything found in Modern Science Textbooks.
I feel that Modern Materialistic Scientists should admit that they are wrong and work to fix things. But, i bet they will still be arguing about for Einstein's Theory of Relativity for decades, long after the speed of light is found to not be a limit, nor is it constant.
I bet they will still be arguing that the Laws of Thermodynamics still hold after we create free-energy devices (many types of) Kozyrev already showed that these laws are bunk. Even Maxwell's original equations showed that these Laws were wrong. (and so, they changed Maxwell's Equations to Heavyside's Equations, even in Maxwell's own books)
And when the big bang is shown to not be the way galaxies are formed, they will go on and on about how that is not true. That this time is was different, it was a Bib Bang in the past. Even though they need a miracle to explain how nothing exploded into something.
Modern Materialistic Science has been debunked, and this will soon be shown to everyone, that the hierophants have "no clothes". It is sad that we continue to destroy young scientist's minds with debunked fluff, just so the ivory tower hierophants do not lose face.
