Farewell to The First Job

Hi friends,

I got my first job in mid-2024 just after finishing my last exams at the university. I just moved to the plant after getting the job and it is situated a village in Gampaha district. I had to find a boarding place as it is really far away from my home. The boarding place I got was really good but the biggest issue with it was not having literally any mobile signal to my room. I even could not make a normal phone call when I was inside the room.

And that was the biggest challenge I faced in remaining alive after that long six months. It was impossible to give hotspot to my laptop and do work with the signal strength. Even I couldn't use mobile data in my phone too. And in the weekends too, I was too tired to do anything than resting. That's why I couldn't write any post at that time.

After the agreed time, I resigned from the job and the last week of this job was so happening. I got so much love and many gifts. I had 2 farewell parties: an official one and a one organized my friends in the plant. I was so happy and sad at the same time. So happy for what they did for me. And sad to leave them, we were like a family there.

There were gifts from the company and also my friends have bought somethings to me. I like the photos the most.

That was my first job. So I am forever grateful for them for the opportunity they gave me as a fresh graduate. And for all the guidance and support. I have a lot of good memories with them.

After that, I returned to my next job and I will tell more about that in the next posts. Until then, good bye.
