I will share with you a sports hub that serves it all, DH Sports Hub located at Banilad Road Cebu City. It opens daily from 10:00 a.m. - 10 :00 p.m. From 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. the court rate is 700 pesos per hour and from 5:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. the court rate is 900 per hour. The court is also open for appointments from 6:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m. for 800 pesos per hour and from 10:00 p.m. - 12:00 midnight for 1,100 pesos. Rental includes up to 8 persons and additional 100 pesos per hour for exceeding person.

- Shower and dry your body before entering. Use dry towel at the bench.
- Stay hydrated when entering the sauna.
- Don't bring drinks, cp, and other things inside the sauna.
- Don't overstay. Listen to your body. Overstay could make you dizzy and fatigue. Start with short session.
The infrared sauna is 65 degrees Celsius not too hot compared to traditional sauna in Japan.

There is also a lounge for you to relax after every session and a locker for safety of belongings. Beverages are also sold like pocari sweat for 70 pesos ( 9.52 STEEM), cola for 120 pesos (16.32 STEEM), and iced black coffee for 150 pesos (20.40 STEEM). Drinking water is free inside yet bring your own container.
Infrared Sauna and cold plunge rate is 600 pesos (81.63 STEEM) in 1 session. For monthly users the rate is 5,500 pesos (748.29 STEEM). Sauna towels and slippers are provided. You can enjoy the facility for 90 minutes. It opens daily from 10:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. You can pay in cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Gcash.
I visited the place last June 29, 2025 with my friend and his son. It was a great and worth it experience. You can visit through bus, taxis, and private vehicles. It has a wide parking spaces and security guards for your convenience and safety.
