Today I will present my experience and various information about a restaurant of my choice for my participation in the competition of Steem Atlas Challenge Xii - Pin Your Favorite Spot. I would like to thank @damithudaya sir for organizing this challenge.

Sampan Highway Inn Restaurant & Party Centre, Gopalganj district.

Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Welcome everyone to Steam Atlas and today I am back with another new experience. A few days ago, I visited a restaurant in Gopalganj district of Dhaka Division. The name of which was Sampan Highway Inn Restaurant & Party Centre. I will share my experience about this restaurant with you.

Sampan Highway Inn Restaurant & Party Center is mainly located along the Jessore-Dhaka highway. Which is included in the Gopalganj district. The location of the restaurant next to the highway also has a lot of traffic here. Travelers can find this restaurant with ease. I also go to this restaurant during my break in my travel journey.

Inside the restaurant there is a large gate to enter. And on one side Sampan Highway Inn Restaurant & Party Center gate so that customers can find it easily so there is a signboard with arrows on the wall. While entering this restaurant, I saw that there is a ceiling fan above the stairs as well. I have rarely seen such a thing in any restaurant. Perhaps the restaurant authorities have made such good arrangements for the customers.

Entering the restaurant, I realized that there is a pleasant atmosphere inside. The interior design caught my attention as soon as I entered. And with it, there is a seating area arranged with chairs and tables. And there are green plants and flower arrangements arranged around it which makes a restaurant different beauty. As soon as I entered, I saw that there are many counters here. In fact, customers come here from different places and everyone has different tastes in food. Therefore, the restaurant owner has arranged many dishes here. Because this restaurant is open 24 hours a day.

Fast Food Item Counter

The first thing that caught our attention was the fast food counter. I saw that various types of fast food items are available in this restaurant. Many people prefer to eat light meals after traveling from far distances. These types of food are best for them. I saw that there was sufficient amount of food on the counter. And there is also a provision of soft drinks with it.

Which is the first choice of the customers I think. I went closer and looked at the fast food items and asked the prices to the sellers. Talking to them, I felt that they answered all my questions in a very fluent language. I was very impressed with their behavior. It is very important to treat the customers well when running a restaurant.

After a while, I saw many customers coming one by one and purchasing fast food items according to their needs. I took a look at their list of fast food items along with their prices. What I understood from looking at it is that the prices of the fast food items here are quite affordable for the customers. They did not set such a high price. The restaurant also has a Dessert counter. Where different types of sweets are sold. But there were very few items left on the day I went on the trip. It seemed that most of the items were sold out. I have presented below the list of several derjat items with prices:

Juice Bar

The comforting thing is that the restaurant also had a juice bar which is very useful for travelers. There I saw that they make juice from fresh fruits for the customers. I went closer and saw the counter filled with different types of seasonal fruits. Any customer can drink seasonal fruit juice as per their desire after long travel fatigue. It is also good for health and very comfortable in hot weather.

A variety of seasonal fresh fruits are available at the juice bar.

The owner of the restaurant had made fruit juice in advance for the convenience of the customers. So that they could supply and sell to the customers as soon as they wanted. The fruit juices included: mango juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, bell juice, watermelon juice etc.

Sampan Special Pickles

The interesting thing is that I have seen very few restaurants selling this type of local pickles. At Sampan Restaurant, I saw them selling many of the popular Bangladeshi pickles they make here. For customers who love to eat pickles, this is a golden opportunity to taste the pickles while on the road.

Other Facilities of the Restaurant

Among the other facilities of Sampan Highway Inn Restaurant & Party Centre is that this restaurant is fully air-conditioned. This I think is a common feature of every restaurant which is the main characteristic of high quality restaurants. Creates a comfortable environment for the customer in the hot weather.

Also, what is a universal facility is the toilet. Separate toilets for men and women have been arranged here. Which is a very necessary matter. I used the toilet myself and the environment inside was very good and clean.

The outside environment of Sampan Highway Inn Restaurant & Party Centre is also very attractive. Just as the inside of the restaurant is beautifully decorated, the outside is also beautifully decorated with plants. This beautiful restaurant on the side of the highway in such a natural environment attracts the attention of all customers. Also, the quality of the food seems to be very good to me.
