In this entry are some of my opinions about ways on how to avoid procrastination.

"You can't just turn on creativity like a faucet. You have to be in the right mood.
What mood is that?
Last-minute panic."
Bill Watterson<

As I read on about some articles on procrastination I understood it can affect our well being and sometimes it will cause disappointments on the people who are expecting the best for us.
For me , I am a victim of my own self procrastination most of the time. As I reviewed myself why? Some reasons are:

  • Low Self- Esteem
Its because I always think that there is someone better than me that could do the job. I am afraid my job will not be as good as people expect it.

  • Priority Loads
Because of too many priorities, it will result on something less instead of doing my best into something more.

  • Un-organized Tasks
I am not used of planning and organizing tasks. So sometimes at the end of the day I found out I just did a not-so important task leaving the most job that needs to be done.

These are some of the major reasons why procrastination ruins my day. And it will not make me a better person.

I came up with some tips based on my experience.

How to Avoid Procrastination
1.) Organize your Tasks
List it all. Include even your
bills. Classify the major
priorities and minor ones.

2.) Make a Timeline of Tasks
When is the best time to do
the tasks? I usually write my
content
early at dawn or when people
around me are asleep.
How many minutes, hours or
days are needed to finish the
task? By doing this you can
easily plan ahead of time which
needs more time and less.

3.) Always Aim for a Finished Task
Everyday
It feels good when you did some-
thing completely done for a day.
It will motivate you to do more
everyday. A good work comes
from a good start and ends
better if done with a happy heart.

4.) Maintain a Space in Between
Its not good to move on to
another major task right away
after doing a heavy workload.
It will end up being exhausted.
Even machines need to cool
down . To rest a little while
is not being lazy.

5.)Reward Yourself for a Good Job
For me the reward of a best
day's job is a well-defined
rest or a swim to a cold
underwater cave. This will
recharge your mind, body and
spirit to start another day ahead.
Take care of your physical and
mental being by giving it a
a break.

6.) Praise the Source-Giver
Always fold your hands and
bend your knees at the end of
the day. Remember that we
cannot live without God. Praise
and thank Him for everything
Sometimes, we forget that the
Simplest things we can do
are the basic ones. We take in air
to breathe , water to satisfy our
thirst and make our mornings
rituals in the comfort room.

Hope this would help , lets do it all together my friends. Be inspired and motivated.
