Today I will participate in a great contest in the Steem Kids and Parents community. Through this contest, I will share with you the recipes of sweet dishes. So let's get started.

Mango Ice-cream Recipe

I really want to eat cold dishes in this summer. There are a lot of prices of sweets in the market and we don't know whether they are good or bad. So I made fresh mango ice cream at home. So I will share with you my mango ice cream recipe, so that you can make it at home. Everything you need to make this recipe is given below.

Ingredients required:

Name	Quantity
Cow's milk	Half liter
Condensed milk	Half cup
Cornflower	Half cup
Orange flavor	Half tablespoon
Mango	One
Powdered milk	Three tablespoons
Sugar	Four tablespoons

Preparation method:

• Step one: First, I will cool the cow's milk well with a sieve. Then I will mix the powdered milk with the cold milk.

• Step two: This time, I will mix the condensed milk, sugar and cornflower together well in the cold milk.

• Step three: Now I will put the pot on the stove and keep stirring continuously and it will be done in a very short time.

• Step four: Adding condensed milk and cornflower will thicken it quickly and give it a creamy texture. As a result, there is no need to use cream. However, after a while, when it thickens, I will take it off.

• Step Five: Remove from the stove, cool it and add orange flavor in it. Then stir well and keep it in the deep freezer for 2 hours.

• Step Six: Now I will take it out of the freezer and blend it well for four to five minutes. When the mixture becomes a cream or foamy vapor, put it in a container.

• Step Seven: This time I will cut the mixture into small pieces and add mango pieces again, stir well with a spoon and set it and keep it in the deep freezer overnight or for seven to eight hours.

Now I will decorate the ice cream beautifully with mango pieces. Now I will take a selfie with my recipe.
