Cool food on a Hot Day

Hello friends,

Good morning everyone. Today's nature is quite bright but with it the amount of heat is also very high. Due to which the day was somewhat good and somewhat painful. Because high heat means awakening the possibility of instability in life.

It is true that nature is not in a very pleasant state as before, but as the level of heat increases, various kinds of problems start to arise among us and severely hinder the normal pace of life. Especially illness increases a lot.

We destroy green nature in the name of progress and also destroy the capacity of nature by increasing the use of modern technology. From both sides, we severely put pressure on nature and destroy the balance of nature. We are truly responsible for this current state of nature from all sides.

I went to a restaurant in the last part of the day to remove the feeling of heat and maintain some coolness. The purpose was to take the opportunity to cool the heart a little. For this, I enjoyed the taste of locally popular lacchi and cold coffee. These are relatively cheaper in rural environments.
