Making Shawarma

Hello and good at to you all Nigerians and very special friends, it is I @wizzyboy3, and I would love to post about the sumptuous snacks that we ate, in this post I wilk talk about the snack and then describe the way in which the snacks were prepared, so sit back and enjoy reading my post.

Shawarma

The snacks that was made was what we know as shawarma, it is sold mostly in bakeries and eateries. It. is a very yummy snack which is so costly to buy now. Shawarma is a mixture of a bread like wrap, cabbage, carrot and other key ingredients that make shawarma what it is today, it is a little heavy and can be eaten as a dinner with any combination or drink of your choice (depending on the size 😁😁😁😏😏😏😏). There are various prices of Shawarma and those prices are set according to their denomination. For price there is a special shawarma that is up to 4k which is about 20 steem, and that is a combination of about 2 sts a of a person it is a snack that has a diet that is good just like burgers and meat pie.
Now I would love to talk about the preparation.

** Ingredients used **

  1. Shawarma wrap
  2. Cabbage
  3. Carrot
  4. Meat (any type)but we used chicken
  5. Spices

Step 1

We started by gratting the carrot and that was after we peeled it to remove the back. After doing that we washed the chicken and put it on fire, added some spices to season it and then brought it down

Step 2

Then we washed the cabbage removed the back and started shredding it into long thin pieces to make it look nice in the shawarma. Meanwhile the oven is heating up.
We fried the chicken and then chopped the fleshy part into bit .

Step 3

Then we mixed the carrot and the cabbage together with the mayonnaise, which is what gives the shawarma a creamy taste, then we also mixed the chicken with it.

Step 4

Then we put the mixed sauce and put in on the shawarma wrap then wrapped it tightly, then we put it in the oven and before we new it was done, and ready to eat. I was not able to get the finished picture so please bear with me.
