Good day all Steem4nigerians and steemians, it is a pleasure and an opportunity to post in this community once again, today I would love to write my diary game for sunday, which was my parents anniversary. So this is how my day went down.
Morning
We woke up early by 5:45 am to assist our mom in preparing some dishes for the clean up we were having in the stadium, no one can work with an empty stomach. She was preparing rice and stew, when she was done we put it in the cooler and boiled water to take our baths, then we dressed up, we ate and put everything in the car and started going to the stadium, near the stadium we saw the theme of this year's convention which is "Declare the good news" on a billboard and I captured it. When we got there we received instructions from the safety overseers and were paired to go to work, the stadium was a really big one and it was soooooooo amazing, then we began our work. Afternoon
We continued doing the work untill it reached afternoon, we cleaned the chairs, swept the floor to get rid of the dirts and then we washed the ground, we were working in sector 39A of the stadium which was some floors up from the ground. People used those to wash the corners of the buildings which was fun watching. I assisted by washing the floors, fetching water water and cleaning the chairs, after sometime I needed to use the rest room, with some of my friends, after doing that we decided to tour around the stadium, it was very fun touring and hopeful I took some pictures you will see later. Then we returned back and concluded the work, after the work we went to the car to begin to eat with some friends, and then we began to go home. On our way home we stopped at Tropicana to pick some things for my parents anniversary, and then we went home finally and rest. The pictures of the afternoon can be seen below👇👇👇

Evening
When we got home and rested, it was already 3;30pm which was already mid-evening and then we started setting the tables and preparing the tables for the anniversary, the cake had already been baked the previous day so we just had to set it up. Before we knew it people already started coming and then we started the event. The event was carried out by @bossj23 who was a really good Mc, so then the couples (My parents) began by choosing the drink that they fed each other, and then they cut the cake and also fed each other, and then they danced, and the cake and other drinks were shared. And then we danced and danced and danced till evening came. Then everyone started going home, and then we tidied up the place and retired to bed. Sunday was really a blast, and I really look up to our convention which will be coming up on the 20-22 of december, which you all are invited. It will take place in Uyo in God's will Akpabio stadium.
