We are so happy that we have moved on to Season 25 of the Steemit Challenge.The most important and practical issues are given priority here. I am currently participating in an activity that is very interesting and important for keeping the body healthy.

Dear friends, I will join SEC-S25W1: Full Body Focus right now, where my dear teacher
@ngoenyi has taught me very beautifully.I will join that challenge and try to show some great activities in the 1st week, God willing.Without further ado, let me get straight to the solutions to my homework.I will share it in the SteemFit & StayFit community according to your terms.

This week, there are some special workouts given in the form of charts. I will try to do them very seriously, but due to the extremely cold weather, it may not be possible to provide sweaty pictures.Let's start without exaggerating.

Warm-up

This is a very important thing to do before starting a workout.Warming up will prevent injuries to the body during the workout.This is a precaution, but if someone suddenly starts working out, there is a possibility of serious harm of any kind.

During the warm-up, every part of the body shakes and almost all parts of the body are stressed during this time.It makes the body fairly fit for working out. I edited my work even after I got a lot of harassment while doing this.I used to exercise a lot, but now I don't exercise because I don't have the habit, so my body still hurts a lot.

Warm-up

Dumbbell squats

I know this is an important exercise, but it's usually not possible in exercises without equipment, i.e. yoga.But today, as per your suggestion, I used the bottle as a dumbbell and lifted the water out of it.It was very important to choose the weight according to your idea, so here I took two plastic bottles as dumbbells weighing only one kilogram each, for a total weight of 2 kilograms.I used the plastic bottles I had at home.

Although I could have used a little more weight, it was my first time, so I didn't take the risk because I could have gotten injured.When I was doing dumbbell squats, I could usually feel some parts of my body.In between, I had some leg strength felt in the upper legs and some tension in the back of my hips.At the same time, I felt a slight tightness near my fin.

However, this exercise was easy for me to do because I didn't dare to use too much weight while doing this exercise.But I was working in fear that some kind of problem might arise, but due to the small amount of weight, the first day's work was completed fairly smoothly.And I did it according to the instructions on the chart.

An important step in the exercise is the push up.This exercise is beneficial for the body and at the same time, it is very important for improving body fitness. Push-ups are used for several purposes, including increasing hand strength.This exercise is also very important when joining the military forces of various countries.

While doing this exercise, I felt some pressure in several places on my body, including my hands.I felt a strong sensation, especially on my wrists, chest, and shoulders, and felt a fair amount of pressure.I once went to the Bangladesh Navy where this exercise was conducted and I already had a fairly good habit of exercising, but it wasn't that easy for me because of the one-year break in between.It was very difficult for me and I was very tired.I did this in three sets as per the rules mentioned in the chart and did 10 to 11 reps in each.

Dumbbell Bent-over Rows

This exercise seemed very important to me, although it was not very easy for me to do it because I was not used to it.But I watched it in various videos and learned from you here too and then I just tried to do it.One thing I noticed in this exercise is that the strength is felt on the upper arm, near the forearm.

At the same time, I feel a fair amount of strength in the back area, and I think it can be effective in straightening the spine as much as possible.I had a little trouble doing this, but since the dumbbells were light in weight, I didn't feel that much pain.I used the dumbbells I made earlier, since I don't have any purchased dumbbells at the moment, I used dumbbells made from 1 liter water bottles.

I mention this as an important exercise for the legs.I've done part of this exercise before, but it's to increase the size of the muscles below the knees.Today, I did the same exercise again, and I realized that doing this exercise improves my leg muscles a bit.I sweated a lot during this exercise because I had done so many exercises before and I was sweating profusely.

This exercise does not require any equipment, but it is an important exercise regardless of the equipment.This exercise may seem a bit difficult at first because it may cause some pain in the leg muscles, but since it is done in three sets with rest, there is not much pain.However, it hurts a little bit because of the excessive shaking during the warm-up.I found this exercise fairly easy and I was able to relax as much as possible.

It is very important to take a break from your workout after exercising, which makes it much easier to cool down your body.This allows the body to relax and cool down as much as possible.And after a while, when you cool down, you don't remember the hard work you did during the exercise and you feel a little better in your body, otherwise, for the weak, there is a high chance of dizziness and falling.

In fact, I liked the cool down the most and felt the most comfortable. For a while, I felt sleepy while I was doing the full down.And it falls into a no-equipment exercise where it is possible to relax the body's joints very nicely.
