Today I have come to participate in the contest Week #87 Begins👉Let's do it...Do It Yourself👉Craft, Creativity, Drawing, origami, DIY, Recycling, and more organized by @ngoenyi mam in the Ladies Universe Community. Now I've brought you a recipe. Today, I will share with you the recipe for sweet ripe mango jam.

We all wait for summer. In summer, various seasonal fruits, including mango jam, are available. The mango is one of their most popular fruits. Mango can be eaten not only as a fruit but also as various dessert items, including pickles, jams, cakes, and ice cream. Even though the mango season is over, mango jam is one of the ways to maintain the taste of mango throughout the year. We are all familiar with mango jam, although it has different names depending on the region. Even though it is made to be eaten all year round, those who like mangoes eat it up in a few days. Without further ado, let's move on to the recipe for making mangoes.

Ingredients required for the recipe for ripe mangoes:

Ingredient
Ripe mangoes 2 kg
Sugar 1 Cup
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp

Method for making ripe mangoes:

Step 1:

To make ripe mangoes, I took ripe mangoes. I washed the mangoes well and peeled them.

Step 2:

I sliced the mangoes into little pieces after that. In order to integrate the mango chunks, I placed them in a mixing jar. I made a smooth puree from the mango pieces. Then I poured the mango puree into another container. In the same way, I will blend all the mango pieces and make a puree.

Step 3:

Once all the mango puree is ready, I put a pan on the stove. Then I poured the mango puree into the pan. The pan doesn't need any additional oil. I kept the flame of the stove on medium and kept stirring the mango puree continuously so that it would not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Step 4:

Now I added 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, chili powder, salt to taste, and sugar to the mango puree. I stirred the sugar and mixed it with the mango puree. Then I kept the flame of the stove on low until the sugar melted.

Step 5:

After cooking for about 10-15 minutes, when the mango puree becomes thick, I remove it from the stove. By now, the pureed mango is ready.

Step 6:

Now I took a large steel pot to set the mango puree. I generously covered the pot with mustard oil.I then distributed the scorched mango puree over the entire pot and let it set.

Step 7:

Now I will put the pot in a sunny place and let it dry. After two days of sun drying, the mangoes will be ready.

Step 8:

After two days, I took the mangoes out of the pot very carefully. Then I cut them into pieces of my choice with the help of a knife. I wrapped the mangoes, and now I can store them in a glass jar and enjoy the taste of ripe mangoes at any time of the year.
