Steem greetings, @everyone, and welcome to my blog as I present my weekly report as the Steem Representative. My report for this week spans from the 18th to the 25th of June 2025.

The week was an amazing one for me as I found off most of my monthly tasks hitch-free. No major setback was recorded.
That said, I will share my different activities carried out across the platform within the above-stated period.
Activities in Steem Cameroon Community. |
---|
We held our usual weekly online meeting, and this time around we diverted from the usual motivation talks and engaged on strategies to grow the community especially as there will be no booming support assigned to communities. At the end of the meeting, we were still reminded of the need to continue talks with inactive members to reactivate them their accounts with at least 3 posts a week.
I continued with the follow-up with some of the inactive members, the likes of @blanchechi, @pchords4, @nforyembe, @muluhpenn, @tanjong-mirian, and @nsangou-rudolf, who promised to be back fully but have not yet fulfilled that promise. They keep giving me promises to return active, but I'm yet to see that happen. I have decided not to give but continue calling their attention to fulfil their promises.
As a plagiarism leader and actively fighting all forms of abuse in the community, I had to ensure that content creators create quality content free from any form of abuse in the community.
I continued to caution steemians, especially newcomers, about clicking on phishing links and operating 3rd party DApps via Discord. This is because they risk losing their Steemit accounts to hackers. I also informed them about “account recovery” within 30 days if otherwise they stand to lose the account to hackers.
I continued with the mentorship of some newbies via Discord on the importance of being consistent, creating quality content, paying attention to contest rules and most importantly, engaging with other users via meaningful comments. I cautioned them to also refrain from using AI to create content because we have a zero-tolerance policy towards AI users and plagiarists. I encouraged them to constantly power up steem to increase their steem power and support each other.
Contest |

This is week 11 of the act of kindness contest on the steem-cameroon community to enable users to create different dynamics of content. I sponsored the contest with 10 SP. This will be a weekly contest.

Steemit Promotion. |
---|
I carried out face-to-face discussions with a group of church members I met on our Wednesday mid week service, hoping they would find interest in joining, and I would mentor them.
I continued to use my WhatsApp status to promote Steemit to my contacts. During this week’s promotion, I was not able to create any new accounts, but hopefully, one day, someone will find interest in creating an account. I do not want to pressure people to create dormant accounts.
Steemit Community Curators Application for June |
---|
I was fortunate to create a team with other committed and trustworthy steemians for the July community curators, hoping that our application is given due consideration.

Content Creation With @chant Account |
---|
It was another week for me to share content on the platform. Below is some of the content I shared.
Power Up Liquid Steem |
---|
I powered up some liquid steem, which enabled me to add my SP to support other content creators on the platform.
Support Other Content Creators with a @chant Account. |
---|
I used my effective Steem power of over 71k to support steemians with quality content on the platform.

Preference was given to authors who wrote creative and high-quality articles across the platform. Over the week, I reached out to 98 accounts and upvoted 128 posts with a CSI score of 16.0.
At this juncture, I have concluded my presentation of my weekly activities report.
