How many hours of sleep do you usually get each night, and do you think it's enough?


Currently, I always try to sleep for 7 to 8 hours and I think this is enough sleep for me because from the time I wake up in the morning until I go back to sleep I continue to do activities non-stop which makes me feel very tired, even though the activities I do are not too heavy, but enough sleep can make my mind, mental and physical condition healthier and fresher.

And when I wake up, I often also count my sleep time whether I have had enough or not, if I feel I haven't had enough sleep then I will go back to sleep immediately so that my body condition remains stable.

Do you follow a sleep routine (such as reading, meditating, avoiding screens)?

Not at all, I can always sleep soundly if I want to sleep, because a tired body and mind can make me sleep better, I also feel that when I didn't have many activities, I couldn't sleep easily because my body and mind didn't feel tired, but when I do a lot of activities like now, sleep has become my best friend, even not long after I lie down I will immediately be able to fall asleep very soundly.

What disturbs your sleep the most? (noise, stress, cellphone, eating late at night, etc.)


Cellphone, I think cellphone is one of the things that makes me often sleep late at night, not because I feel disturbed but because I am too careless to look at my cellphone which makes me not fall asleep immediately. And now I have also started to apply a clock for me to sleep because if I don't make a schedule to sleep then I might look at my cellphone until morning so I can't sleep.

Tell us about the negative impacts of lack of sleep and the positive impacts of lack of sleep on our health

There are so many negative impacts if I don't get enough sleep because when I don't get enough sleep I will immediately feel dizzy, my mind is chaotic and I also can't think clearly, I also feel weak and unable to do activities properly.

I really hate it when I don't get enough sleep because during my lack of sleep I have never felt the positive effects, lack of sleep is really very painful which makes me not want to feel it again.
